Have bought and sold more than $120 million worth of raw land and residential property in the US and UK markets, including 350+ single family home fix and flips in Tampa Florida between 2015-2022. Have been working in the real estate industry since 2003 and have experience in a variety of real estate related activities, including buy & hold, fix and flip, land investing, note investing, private lending, foreclosure auctions, wholesaling, tax liens and tax deeds.
