Colin McGonigal

Colin McGonigal is a lifetime Maryland resident. He graduated from Mount St. Joseph High School in Baltimore; from there he attended Towson University while playing on the baseball team. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Colin went onto a career in healthcare sales for 13 years working intimately with clinicians for the startup, growth and expansion of their careers. Colin joined KLNB in March 2022 after 6 years in commercial real estate with Carr, Inc. focused exclusively on real estate for Urgent Cares, Dental, Medical, Veterinary, along with various other healthcare sectors. He has successfully helped clients with leasing and sales of medical and retail space throughout all of Maryland and Central Pennsylvania.
