Colin co-leads a Healthcare Capital Markets team with a focus on the private capital and net lease sectors serving clients across the U.S. Colin has over a decade of experience in transaction structuring, market analysis, and capital solutions. He works closely with developers, investors, and physicians to help them navigate and optimize their healthcare real estate investments. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as Vice President at Northmarq’s Tulsa office, where he played a key role in the firm’s National Healthcare Group. Before that, he began his career at Stan Johnson Company in 2014, advancing to the role of Director on a specialized healthcare real estate team. Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Cornell served as a Vice President at an institutional investment consulting firm. There, he supervised a team of research analysts, consulted clients on their investment allocations, and prepared reports detailing performance, strategy, and outlook. That firm, now a part of the Bogdan Group, managed $15.0 billion in assets. Cornell graduated from the University of Tulsa with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Energy Management.
