ABOUT
Prior to joining Fengate in 2020, Colin held the position of Senior Vice President, Investment, at Graywood where he led Graywood’s multi-residential apartment activities including acquisitions, fundraising, investor relations and asset management. Colin also held the position of Vice President, Investments, at Welltower where he actively managed the company’s Canadian portfolio of 151 seniors housing facilities across seven provinces. Prior to Welltower, Colin was a partner at Brookfield Financial. Colin holds a B.A. Honours in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics and Regional Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield, UK.
