Colette Wood has provided multi-market advisory and transaction services in Florida since 2006. Colette joined CBRE in 2017 as part of a two-person advisory team specializing in leasing and investment sales of all product types including office, retail, industrial, hotel and land sales. Her extensive experience advising landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers gives her knowledge and understanding of each side of a transaction enabling her to be more effective in the negotiation process.
