Coleton Burch

Coleton is a Managing Director of Rowan Multifamily Advisors where he has been selling multifamily properties since 2011. He has closed deals with buyers and sellers from multiple countries on deals in North Texas. Coleton grew up around multifamily real estate and is a proud graduate of Baylor University. Coleton is an avid traveler who has traveled to over 12 countries across the world on mission trips as well as for pleasure. Coleton loves being in the outdoors when he is not working on multifamily deals. He spends a lot of time at his family’s ranch, Buck Ridge Ranch in Saint Jo, Texas, where he hunts white tail, turkeys, ducks and wild hogs. He is an active member of Watermark Community Church, where he serves. Coleton has completed over 100 transactions in his time at RMA and is looking forward to making the next eight years even better. Coleton lives in North Dallas with his wife, Cassie, Australian Shepherd, Kia, and cat, Olive.
