Cole Kroneker lists, leases, and sells commercial buildings with a focus on land infill development and land advisory services. He brings enthusiasm and superior communication to the table when representing clients, and is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and hard work ethic. Cole graduated from Miami University, where he founded Sol Greens, an indoor farm that serviced retail & restaurant clients in Cleveland. This lead him to commercial real estate development where he successfully syndicated 47,000 SF of industrial space. His attention to design and financial feasibility made the project a success. Born and raised in Avon Lake & Lakewood, OH, Cole is a native to Cleveland, giving him an edge when it comes to local market knowledge and government regulations. In Cole’s spare time, he enjoys traveling, sustainable living, and doing anything that feeds his passion for commercial real estate!
