Cole Judd

Cole is responsible for underwriting, new business development, listing services, and transaction management. Carrying on the legacy of his late father, KLNB principal Cary Judd, Cole brings sharp insights and steadfast integrity to the multifamily capital markets team. He began his career as an intern at KLNB in 2012 and went on to develop his multifamily expertise as an analyst at Greystar Real Estate Partners. After building a strong foundation, he syndicated a 30-unit complex with his own firm in Charlotte, NC. From there he went on to gain experience in investment sales and as an acquisitions associate in North Carolina. Cole was born and raised in Northern Virgina. In his free time, he enjoys being active, golfing, skiing, rooting on the Washington Capitals and spending time with family.
