Cody Rack

Now transitioning into the 4th Generation of operation, Cody has followed in the footsteps of his father and uncles. Spending summers as a laborer, Cody grew up digging holes and learning how to operate equipment, discovering the essential values instilled in the company that family comes first. Since the beginning, the company has always been a place for family members to come and help exert their ideas, learn work ethic and trade skills. Some members include 5th generation Jeff Larkin and Russell Specht along with first cousins Jim, John, Sandy, Kevin, and Jim Steinriede which have always been there for the family business to pull together and thrive. Moving from equipment operator to Director of Operations in charge of manpower and job management, Cody then accepted the role of Vice President and partial owner in 2016. Looking to carry on the family legacy, Cody is building a new company culture for his twins sons (Charlie & Mason) and daughter (Haley) to one day carry on.
