Cody Colwell grew up and still lives in Georgetown, Ohio. His firsthand knowledge of Brown County and the surrounding areas allows him to confidently guide clients who are looking to buy or sell locally. Cody is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, allowing him to better serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers on both sides of the Ohio River. With a strong work ethic and deep roots in the community, Cody understands the importance of dedication and follow-through. When he’s not working, Cody enjoys boating and spending time helping on his family farm. He actively supports local 4-H programs, youth sports, and other community activities. Cody also serves as a Director on the Board of the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS and is involved with the RISE Networking Community, which focuses on supporting charitable organizations while building meaningful connections within the community.
