Cody Clayton

Cody is an Executive Vice President with JLL’s Inland Empire Industrial team. He specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation and land development while helping small to mid-cap companies grow equity through new acquisitions. He also focuses on client advisory, new business development, lease and contract negotiation, cash flow analysis and execution of real estate transactions for industrial properties. He currently acts as the lead listing broker for 800,000 sq. ft. of industrial space. Cody’s expertise is derived from his ability to help clients maximize value by reducing cost, site selection through supply chain analytics, accelerating savings and mitigating risk.
