Cody Charnell

Cody entered the world of real estate with the goal to become an investor and build his own portfolio of multifamily properties. He has been helping people invest in multifamily real estate since starting off as an agent in 2014. Since obtaining his broker’s license in 2019, he has quickly risen up the ranks within the industry and has invested in several properties in Long Beach. Cody joined Sage Real Estate in late 2022 from Buckingham Investments, an established powerhouse real estate brokerage serving the Greater South Bay area of Los Angeles County, after successfully running their Long Beach office as a Managing Broker.
