As a Vice President within Colliers’ Multifamily Advisory Group, Cody works with a team of professionals who focus on middle-market multifamily properties across the country. With his expertise of the Greater Columbus Region, he works collaboratively with his team to lead multifamily investment sales and equity capital markets activity for clients. Cody analytical skills and market knowledge helps him build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Cody previously worked as a Multifamily Brokerage Intern with Colliers | Columbus, where he gathered and verified market information organized a database that detailed the team’s transactions. He also served as a Customers Broker Intern at Freight Expediters, where he dispatched, coordinated and tracked shipment transportation across the globe coming into the United States. Cody is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science.
