ABOUT

Coby Holley focuses on development and the repositioning of IRG’s industrial, office and mixed-use projects in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to asset management, leasing and development, he also evaluates new business opportunities to expand the West Coast portfolio. With over 27 years of real estate experience, Mr. Holley is a NAIOP board member with CCIM designation as well as a designated as a Real Property Administrator through BOMA. Prior to joining IRG, he was a long-time executive at PS Business Parks, where he negotiated key elements of the $7.6 billion merger and led acquisitions and dispositions totaling $268 Million. He was also a brokerage professional for CBRE, serving as First Vice President.
