Transitioning into the realm of real estate finance, he joined Walker & Dunlop in the Washington D.C. Metro Area in December 2009, serving as a Multifamily Financing Underwriter for nearly four years. During his tenure, Walker & Dunlop solidified its position as one of the largest multifamily lenders in the United States, with an impressive portfolio servicing billions in commercial mortgages. Building upon this expertise, he progressed to roles with increasing responsibility, including Senior Associate positions at Transwestern and Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on capital markets and investment sales. Currently, as the Vice President and Head of Business Development at Sands Investment Group, based in Charleston, South Carolina, he leverages over a decade of experience to drive strategic growth initiatives for the company. Through his journey, he has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of real estate finance and a commitment to driving value for clients and stakeholders alike.
