Cliff Franzen

Cliff started his career selling real estate and mortgages before pursuing a successful career in financial services at companies such as GE Capital and Yamaha Motor Corporation USA. He has managed commercial and retail lending activities and loan portfolios with over $2.5 Billion in receivables, developing complex strategic partnerships with companies such as HSBC, Capital One, GE Capital and Synchrony Financial. Just before getting his Broker’s license and joining Hunt Properties, Cliff served as the Senior Vice President of Loan Operations, in charge of Sales, Credit and Funding operations for a private equity owed FinTech, originating purchase and refinance car loans for consumers online. Cliff has his MBA from the University of Southern California and resides in Rossmoor where he has been active in the community for over 16 years.
