Cliff's focus is assisting Investors and Users (Tenants, Buyers) of commercial real estate by utilizing his 40+ years of commercial real estate experience, market knowledge and analysis skills to assist his clients through complex transactions and as a result save them time, money, and the untold cost of making the wrong commercial real estate decision. Cliff is also a commercial real estate instructor and a member of the CCIM Faculty where he teaches Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 101), User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 103), Commercial Real Estate Negotiations, and Foundations of Commercial Real Estate.
