Clayton Hill

Clayton joined NAI Emory Hill’s commercial brokerage department in early 2004 bringing with him experience in the commercial mortgage brokerage and institutional investment industries. He joined the Property Management Division in 2009 and was named Director of Property Management in early 2010. Clayton currently serves as the Director of Property Management overseeing a team of Commercial Property Managers, as well as all aspects of management for a portfolio exceeding four million square feet of commercial real estate and approximately a thousand residential units. In addition, Clayton's responsibilities include Receivership work and investment and lease analysis for the internal portfolio and third party clients.
