Clay Routh

Clay has 18 years as a property manager and is founding partner of CRG. He is responsible for operations as property manager for 15 properties. Clay started property management after 20 years of experience in food service and worked as district manager for 29 locations of a national food chain. He also opened 250 food service locations over a five year period. Clay brought this experience to the real estate industry and currently helps other partners lease, manage, and hire contractors. He tries to bring a “real world” experience to our tenants’ needs and make commercial leasing easy – while still ensuring profitability to both partnerships.
