Clay Pritchett joined Partners’ Industrial Division in 2012 as a Senior Associate. He spent the previous four years of his career as a Senior Associate with Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. where he specialized in industrial and land brokerage. Prior to Holt Lunsford, Clay began his real estate career in 2001 as an Associate with local Houston boutique real estate firm, Yancey-Hausman Interests, Inc. Throughout his twenty + years of experience in commercial real estate, Clay has established strong relationships with clients such as Bigge Crane & Rigging Corp, Mansfield Service Partners and Hillwood Development Co. while representing a multitude of other private clients in roles such as relocations and expansions to dispositions and acquisitions all over Texas.
