Clay Nielsen
Clay Nielsen’s experience spans more than 25 years representing many of the region’s most well-known and highly respected companies. His experience and tenure in the market has helped him develop deep and long-standing relationships with his clients, and because of this he is regarded by his peers as one of the area’s leading real estate advisors. His professional guidance and unique approach puts companies in the most strategic position possible as they assess their real estate options. To date, Clay has completed over 2,000 transactions in his career, 85 of which are over 50,000 square feet and 57 over 100,000 square feet. Clay began his career at CB Commercial Real Estate immediately after graduating from the University of Washington. Following that he co-founded Washington Partners, one of the area’s premier boutique tenant representation firms. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Clay hitting the slopes with his two boys, or sailing the high seas with his wife Anne and their dog.
