Clay Jones
Clay Jones serves as an associate director in the Denver office of Newmark.
Specializing in corporate advisory services and tenant representation, Mr. Jones works closely with Tim Harrington to provide customized real estate services for both local and national tenants. With a focus on the Denver office market, he targets portfolio analysis, cost containment and provides a full spectrum of services to clients including strategic planning, transaction management, market analysis and site selection services, lease and renewal negotiations, corporate property/space acquisition and disposition services. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Jones provided global corporate tenant representation services at Mohr Partners, a Dallas-based tenant representation firm, where he aided in securing a 2.85 million-square-foot portfolio for a global manufacturer. He also gained experience in the residential side of the real estate industry in his home town of Charlotte, North Carolina. He holds real estate sales licenses for both Colorado and Texas.
