Clay Johnston

Clay joined Latter & Blum in 1994 where he specializes in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Clay began his career in commercial real estate in 1985, and has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 1988. A lawyer and former banker, Clay brings tremendous legal and financial expertise to his position. He utilized his combination of real estate and legal expertise to resolve disputes as a mediator for the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors for the past five years and now sits on the Grievance Committee of the Board.
