Claudia is responsible for developing new business opportunities, financial underwriting, and advising clients on their real estate transactions. Her expertise lies in advising both local and national occupiers on office relocations, expansions, right-sizing, and lease restructuring. With a deep understanding of the Austin market and a keen eye for detail, she can advise her clients in navigating the complexities of the leasing process while ensuring their real estate decisions are aligned with overall financial, cultural, and strategic business objectives.
