Clark Thompson serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Midway.
Clark Thompson serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Midway. He is responsible for assisting with project organization, structuring and documentation, as well as overseeing all of Midway’s legal matters. Clark is also a member of Midway’s Leadership Team and Investment Committee. Prior to joining Midway, Clark was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with Colvill Office Properties, a regional leasing company. Prior to that, he practiced law for over 30 years with two different national law firms, most recently serving as national head of the Real Estate Practice Group at Bracewell, LLP. During his time with Bracewell, Clark served two terms on the firm’s Management Committee, and was also an active member of Houston Bar Association’s Real Estate Section, serving in various leadership roles including Officer, Director and Chairman. Clark is a licensed attorney and real estate broker. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics at Washington & Lee University and holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Texas Law School.
