Clancy Hoban

Clancy Hoban, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has specialized in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties since beginning his Nashville real estate career in 2000. He joined the firm in 2001 after working with CB Richard Ellis in Corporate Services and previously serving as a NASD-licensed sales associate with Solomon Smith Barney in McLean, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and has completed CCIM Courses 100 through 104, earning full CCIM designation. Throughout his career, he has received multiple industry awards, including the Horizon Award, Platinum Award of Excellence, and the First Industrial Impact Award.
