As an Associate at Hanley Investment Group, CJ is responsible for advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide. CJ’s day-to-day involves all aspects of investment transactions including in-depth underwriting and property valuation. His vast knowledge of the current market and his financial background have proven to be beneficial in servicing clients. Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, CJ was an Analyst at SRS Real Estate Partners in their Newport Beach office. As an analyst, he provided market research, created offering memorandums, and underwrote NNN properties and multi-tenant shopping centers across the country. CJ graduated from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Finance, and studied abroad in London at the London Metropolitan University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of ICSC. As a resident of Newport Beach, CJ stays active by golfing and surfing, and he enjoys his free time hanging with friends and family.
