Educated in China, Canada and US, Cindy has lived in NYC for over 18 years, she has been a renter, a buyer, a seller and a landlord, she is also a real estate professional for 15 years, she wore all hats in real estate and has great knowledge and understanding of all parties' demand and desire. She has been working as a buyers' agent in most recent years and realize the market lacks a service or platform to cater the service for the buyers, therefore, she founded Rosypad in 2015. Rosypad is a buyers oriented platform, where buyers have a platform to list what they want, so the sellers can search and contact them directly, to save the transaction fees up to 90%. Our mission is to make real estate transaction more efficient but less costly.
