Cindy is the Owner/Designated Broker of Mahoosuc Realty. She is the recipient of the 2006 REALTOR of the Year for the Western Maine Board of Realtors. Cindy is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and earned the GRI designation, as well as ABR, CRS and New Home Specialist designations. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Maine Association of Realtors, Director for the Realtor Foundation and a Director of the CRS Realtor Board. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Franklin Savings Bank and Ski Maine. As a native of Bethel, Cindy’s father, Paul Kailey, was instrumental in the early development of Sunday River Ski Resort and owned the first ski shop at Sunday River for many years.
