Cindy Hicks

Cynthia Hicks is a 23-year veteran of U.S. Properties Group, Inc. and manages the South Carolina office of USPG. She has successfully accumulated over 39-years of experience in the commercial real estate world having an extensive background and involvement with national retailers in the development, re-development, and leasing & management of anchor (“big box”) space. Her territory includes, but is not limited, the Southeastern United States for USPG. Ms. Hicks is the company affiliate for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina, a scholarship donor and a proud member of the Gamecock Club. She is a member of the First Baptist Church, the American Sailing Association, Lake Murray Sailing Club, and the Columbia Chapter of Women in Business. She resides on Lake Murray in Columbia, South Carolina.
