Churchill Bunn
Churchill Bunn leads all investment and development activities for Alpine Investments, including sourcing of new projects. Churchill brings 17 years of experience in acquisitions, ground-up infill development, asset management, and commercial brokerage. Bunn's expertise includes market and site feasibility, financial analysis, entitlements, and project management. Prior to forming Alpine Investments, Churchill led the development of 1.4 million square feet ($750M) of Class A office space as Senior Director of Development at Irvine Company, one of the nation’s largest private real estate companies. In total, while at Irvine Company, Churchill was involved in the development and redevelopment of over 4 million square feet of office and mixed-use projects. Previous experience includes two years as Real Estate Manager for the Southern California region at hotel developer/operator OTO Development, four years in commercial brokerage in North and South Carolina, and two years as an investment analyst in the multi-family and retail sectors. Churchill received a MBA with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
