Chuck Stauffer

Mr. Stauffer joins Cresa bringing a wealth of diverse business experience fashioned over a 16-year career in the Charlotte area spanning sports marketing, media sales, business management and business acquisition and investment. Most recently involved in a closely held distribution business, Chuck was directly involved in the day-to-day management and eventual merger into a present day multi-state operation. Chuck also participated in an acquisition involving a regional plumbing supply business operating out of the triad region of North Carolina. Chuck has always represented a client–first mentality, where the needs of the customer have outweighed the desires of the company. He believes that faith, integrity and morality are linchpins of a successful life and career and represents such in his everyday dealings.? A skilled manager and communicator, Chuck believes that a thoughtful and direct approach to both business and relationships are paramount.
