Chuck Sellers

Chuck plays a critical role in developing and leading the leasing strategy for his client’s assets. A third-generation Dallasite, he has consistently been recognized as an industry leader in the leasing, property repositioning, and value creation of office properties in Dallas-Ft. Worth and has completed over 7 million square feet of lease transactions. Prior to Co-Founding Forge Commercial, Chuck was a Principal with Avison Young, Peloton Commercial, and Crow Holdings in Dallas. Chuck received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
