Chuck King has co-responsibility for overseeing all business lines in the San Antonio/South Texas markets. Chuck advises clients on a variety of investment and corporate real estate matters, including: strategic planning, land sales, new development, acquisitions and dispositions. Chuck is also responsible for leasing and marketing office and industrial buildings within the company’s portfolio and new business development. Chuck King has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in agency leasing, tenant representation, investment advisory and dispositions for office and industrial buildings in the San Antonio and South Texas markets. Representative clients past and present include Embrey Partners Ltd., Gray Street Partners, Hixon Properties, Jefferson Bank, McCombs Enterprises, Milam Capital and USAA Real Estate Company.
