Christopher Woods

Mr. Woods focuses on investment sales, specializing in development sites and multi-family, retail and office acquisitions and dispositions for investors and owner-occupants. Prior to joining Reliant, he worked at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, advising non-profit clients and sourcing and acquiring development sites and income-producing assets. Previously, he was a broker at Cassidy Turley where he executed over $400M in sales transactions. Mr. Woods has strong analytical skills and entitlement experience to help his clients position and maximize the value of their commercial real estate.
