With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and a background in law and finance, Mr. Wolf has developed a reputation as an expert negotiator, structuring large complex transactions backed by the financial forecasting and analysis necessary to secure superior results for his clients. He has negotiated more than 6 million square feet of real estate transactions in the Washington, DC market on behalf of corporations, professional service firms, government contractors, trade associations and nonprofit organizations, including multiple Fortune 100 companies and other notable clients, such as the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, Marriott International and AARP. Mr. Wolf formally served as counsel to the Committee on Energy and Commerce for the US House of Representatives.
