Since beginning my career as a real estate practitioner serving Austin Texas, I've been on track to achieve extraordinary goals in record-breaking time. I've been consistently a multi-million dollar producing agent and was ranked the #1 agent at Texas Ranch & Home Realty from June 07' to June 2010.<br /><br />In June of 2010, "Watters International Realty" was born.<br /><br />We provide our clients cutting edge technology, personal attention, and believe in ALWAYS going the extra mile.<br /><br />I'm a 2006 graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. I studied Business Administration in Finance. Shortly after graduating I became a Realtor(R) and completed mentor-ships with two of the top producing agents in Austin Texas. In January of 2010, I took my education and professional status to the next level, acquiring a Texas Real Estate Brokers License.<br /><br />I've been working hard to claim my mark in the real estate world. A personal goal of mine is to make the 2012 issue for the Top 30 Agents Under 30, a national publication by REALTOR Magazine. I was most recently quoted in REALTOR Magazine in the April 2010 issue, where I explained ways to help fellow Realtor associates sell their clients condominiums.<br /><br />I'm an active member of the National Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; Austin Board of Realtors; ActiveRain Real Estate Network, and support a variety of other community causes.
