Chris Pappas is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Net Leased Properties Group in the Manhattan Office. He focuses on representing sellers and buyers in the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets with a concentration on CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid pharmacies. Chris is a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland. He has extensive real estate advisory experience having previously worked with CBRE’s Global Occupier Team representing Fortune 500 companies, a major Mid-Atlantic consulting firm advising on ground-up development, and in private legal practice. Chris earned his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, traveling, and participating in various charitable events. Chris currently resides in Manhattan’s East Village.
