Chris is a Principal at Avison Young with more than 20 years of real estate experience. He is a national tenant representation advisor who has expertise in negotiating transactions for both the public and private sector including lease renewals, restructures and relocations; building purchases; strategic planning for large consolidations; and dispositions. Chris has recently serviced clients including Oracle, CIBC, NORC at the University of Chicago, The County of Cook, Loop Capital, Trunk Club, and Northwestern Mutual. Prior to joining Avison Young, Chris was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield and was recognized as a top ten producer.. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and resides in Elmhurst with his wife and four children.
