Christopher Mitchel

Chris joined Marcus and Millichap in 2012 and is a member of the Healthcare Real Estate Group as well as the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. He has successfully completed transactions with developers, physician partnerships, healthcare systems, private investors, opportunity funds and real estate investment trusts. Examples of projects Chris has worked on are: sale-leasebacks, ASC's, dialysis, plasma, endoscopy, optometry centers, multi-service MOB's, general office and industrial properties. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Chris traded commodity futures and options professionally in Chicago. Chris obtained his private pilot's license in college and enjoys Ohio State Athletics, traveling, fly fishing, reading and golf.
