Christopher Melton

Christopher Melton serves as an Advisor for SVN | GASC, specializing in sales of development land to homebuilders, multifamily investors and build-for-rent (BFR) investors. Melton brings 10 years of development experience and 15 years of capital markets expertise to help advise his clients. Prior to moving to the Lowcountry, Mr. Melton spent 15 years on Wall Street, as a Portfolio Manager for Kingdon Capital and as a security analyst for JP Morgan Investment Management. He holds a BA in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California at Berkeley
