Christopher Malay

Chris Malay serves as Director at Greenstone Partners, advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, primarily Suburban Cook and DuPage Counties. Chris joined Greenstone Partners in 2025 to lead the expansion of its multifamily and mixed-use division into the suburban markets. Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Chris spent eight years at Marcus & Millichap, where he launched his career in investment sales, focusing on suburban multifamily and mixed-use properties. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
