Christopher Maddalone

Chris Maddalone grew up in the construction industry as a little boy bringing nails to his father and picking up debris on new home sites and apartment buildings. It’s in his blood. In 1995 he had been recently married and living in his parents’ home, shortly before he had transferred back from Boston on a job relocation. Having taken a few courses on real estate investing he decided to buy a 2 family and that’s where it all started. The next year he started Maddalone & Associates, Inc. Property Management which has grown into one of the largest third party property management firms in the Capital Region.
