Christopher Kutlick

Chris is a Retail Leasing representative and has been with Widewaters since 2007. Chris’ primary responsibilities include the leasing of Widewaters shopping centers and tenant representation in the Southeast region. Chris began his career with a brokerage firm in Charlotte, NC, leasing retail shopping centers, office properties, and out-parcels. Chris is also a Tenant Representative broker who handles the real estate needs for tenants throughout North and South Carolina. Chris is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina and also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Chris holds a B.S. in Biology from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in Charleston, SC.
