Christopher Jonna

Chris is the President and Founder of CMP Real Estate Group. He began his commercial real estate career in 2000 and through the years he has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions. In 2006, Chris founded CMP Real Estate Group, focusing on the leasing of retail shopping centers, tenant representation and investment sales. In addition to assisting his clients with the investment sales/purchases of retail shopping centers, freestanding buildings and NNN leased properties, Chris has been involved in sleasing of over 100 new retail developments and redevelopment/renovation projects. He has also worked with various national/regional retailers with their expansion throughout Michigan. Chris’s understanding of the ever-changing trends within the real estate industry and his extensive knowledge of the marketplace has allowed him to successfully service his client’s real estate needs. His clients rely on his attention to detail, persistence and strong negotiating skills to see deals through from start to finish.
