Christopher Harak

Chris Harak is Senior Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate Inc., the leading Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services firms. With more than a decade of market expertise, Harak brings senior-level talent to the firm’s tenant representation practice where he assist and advises companies including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, transaction structuring, lease negotiation, financial analysis and long-term strategic planning. Harak has been involved in transactions with some of Florida’s largest office and industrial users including World Fuel Services, Gibraltar Private Bank, H. Lee Moffit Cancer Research Institute, and International Bonded Couriers, Inc., among others. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Harak served as Assistant Director for Savills Studley where he was responsible for business development, strategic planning and transaction management throughout Florida. He was an integral member of a team that consistently ranked among Florida’s top tenant advisory practices specializing in office leasing on behalf of banking and financial services firms, law firms, nonprofit organizations, as well as warehouse, distribution and manufacturing companies. Harak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from the University of South Florida.
