Christopher DePrince joined Emmes Group in November 2024, where he plays a key role in leasing activities for the company's New York area portfolio. His work centers on maximizing property performance, optimizing revenue streams, and implementing strategic leasing initiatives to drive portfolio value. In addition, he supports reporting functions, annual business planning, and capital market transactions. Christopher brings five years of commercial real estate experience to Emmes. Prior to joining the team, he served as an Asset Manager at Park Madison, overseeing leasing operations, monitoring portfolio performance, and creating strategies to enhance asset value across a 2.5-million-square-foot portfolio spanning eight states. He began his New York-based commercial real estate career with Alma Realty in Long Island City, NY, as an Assistant Commercial Manager, managing a 1-million-square-foot commercial property portfolio. Christopher holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance specialization from American University in Washington, DC, where he began his career as a Business Development Manager with Cherner Development Group.
