Christopher has been with JLL for over 11 years now, Christopher's focus is on landlord and tenant leasing.
Chris focuses on the representation of tenants and landlords in the Suburban market place, leveraging his knowledge and expertise of market trends and dynamics to assist clients in achieving a corporate real estate objective accomplished through a strategic process. For his clients, Chris has been successful in obtaining the terms and conditions that are deserved in the marketplace while maximizing flexibility for their operations. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Chris spent over five years at Colliers International representing tenants, owners and investors in leasing and sale transactions. Outside JLL, Chris serves on the Regional Advisory Board for TeamIMPACT and in his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons Wesley & Carter, playing golf and travelling.
