Chris Curry is Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office. His resume includes sales ranging between $1 million and $1.7 Billion in total consideration and his expertise covers all classes of apartments, including institutional Class A multi-housing assets. Mr. Curry’s clients have included institutions, private capital, developers, special servicers and government institutions on single assets and portfolios of multi-housing product. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Curry was a Senior Managing Director in the in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and focuses primarily on multi-housing investment advisory throughout Houston and surrounding areas. As a member of the Houston multi-housing team, he directly participated in sales totaling more than $12 billion and 366 total multi-housing assets located throughout Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. Prior to HFF, Mr. Curry was a Sales Associate in CBRE’s Houston Multi-Housing Properties Group. Mr. Curry is a recurring speaker at various multi-housing events/panels and is HFF’s sole representative for the National Multi-Housing Council Emerging Leaders, a program created to help cultivate future leaders in the apartment sector.
