With over 12 years of high-level tenant representation, corporate advisory, and strategic planning experience totaling more than $750M in transactions, Chris is one of the most prolific and respected brokers in the West Los Angeles technology, entertainment, and start-up communities. Chris is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is a member of Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association, Venice Chamber of Commerce, Gentlemen’s Dinner Club (GOTY), and UrbanizeLA. Chris is also a frequent speaker at industry related events as a Silicon Beach expert. Outside of PRP, he’s an avid golfer, sailor, outdoorsman, and Dodger fan. Tequila is the adult beverage of choice and on the weekends he’s found in Palm Springs, Big Bear Lake, or home at the beach with his wife Jordan, daughter Vivienne, and chihuahua, Cali.
